Delivery Times
If we have them in stock, we will ship out the order in 1-2 business days. If we have to put the order into manufacturing, please expect the delivery to be in 21 days. All Christmas orders need to be placed by 15th Sep for delivery by mid-October. We ship by UPS.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges will be added to your invoice as per the volume of orders. All parcels are mandatory for insurance and ship by UPS.
RETURNS
Any problems must be reported in writing or by email within 3 days of receipt. Returns are accepted only 3 days from receipt. Please do not return goods unless we ask you to and email you with details. No returns are accepted after 5 days of receipt of goods. Returns must be approved by Krysaliis and accompanied by an RA number issued by Krysaliis. No returns will be accepted without an RA number. Authorized returns must be unopened, and in original packaging. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
